Stephanie Manning Sears
Stephanie is 39 years old and was born and raised in Williamsburg, KY. When she is not at The Face Lab, Stephanie is an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner. She’s married to the most gentle, laid back, and kind man, Tyler. She has 2 beautiful children; Myla, 5 and Micah, 3.
Stephanie started this business alongside Corissa during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. She enjoys helping others feel good in their own skin. Her passion and drive for aesthetics has grown over the past 4 years and has developed into a true love story.
Aside from aesthetics and emergency medicine, she enjoys authentic family time and traveling. Most of all, creating core memories with her husband, beautiful children, loving parents, and funny as hell sister.

Corissa Dyer
Corissa, has been practicing for 5 years. She began her love for aesthetics after her daughter, Scout, was born. It was then when she decided she wanted to invest in herself and ultimately, her confidence. She got her first medical grade facial and the rest was history!
Corissa educated herself as much as she could on her own and decided to enroll in esthetics school. There she trained under the ONLY Medical Aesthetic Instructor in Kentucky! She credits most of her knowledge to her instructor, as she still collaborates with her today.
Corissa’s favorite thing about her job is helping others grow in their self love and confidence. During your treatments she is happy to talk about anything Disney, sports, fashion or of course, skin.
Corissa loves to spend her extra time with her husband, Mitch and 2 children, Scout & Champ. You can also catch her going to football games, other sporting events, and traveling!
Office Manager
Emma Bryant
Emma is a Western Kentucky University MBA graduate with a concentration in Supply Chain Management (2022) and a B.S. in Business Administration, minor in Marketing, and Applied Data Analytics certificate (2021).
She serves as the Office Manager, and started with our practice in 2023. Emma is a key part of our office providing administrative support to our patients and staff, including but not limited to answering patient inquiries and assisting with scheduling. She is a wealth of knowledge to all that we do at our practice, she is a crucial part to help navigate the patient’s journey.
