WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel OR reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your card on file will be charged $30 for cancellation/rescheduling fee.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Non-refunable
Personal care goods and items (such as beauty and skin care products) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

IS THERE A CONSULTATION FEE?
Consultations require a one time payment of $100-$150 and are non-refundable. However, you may apply $50 of your payment towards Face Lab services or products following your consultation.
DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
No, consultations are not required. However, we do strongly encourage consultations to determine what treatment would be best for you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Cherry, checks and cash.
DO YOU BILL INSURANCE?
No, we do not bill insurance.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR NEUROTOXINS (BOTOX, DAXXIFY, JEUVEAU, DYSPORT)?
Our neurotoxins range $4-$12 per unit. We can provide a quote specific to your needs during your consultation.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR FILLER (JUVEDERM, RESTYLANE, RH)?
Our filler treatments range $600 per syringe. We can provide a quote specific to your needs during your consultation.
